New home for Hosanna children in Mamallapuram

Finally the children of Hosanna Children's Home in Mamallapuram have found a new home. After much pressure from officials to increase the number of children (or lose the status of a orphanage) and the problem of too little space to even accommodate the 12 children in the old house with the leaking roof, a new light, spacious building could be rent only 2 km outside Mamallapuram.

Just in time for the monsoon rains the children moved into the beautiful new home in Payanoor village on 2 June. The house rent is 5000 Rs. per month (ca. 75 EUR/ 120 USD/ 60 GBP) - well spent money.
